MORRISTOWN, NJ - Millie's Old World Meatballs & Pizza in Morristown has more than a pot-full of ideas for gift giving and celebrating the holidays this year.

 

The home-style Italian restaurant will once again offer their famous "Pot-of-Balls," a stainless-steel pot stuffed with their quarter-pound meatballs made with top grade sirloin and the finest imported cheeses. Choose between 12 meatballs and 2 lbs. of pasta ($53 marinara/$57 vodka sauce) or 24 meatballs and 4 lbs. of pasta ($78 marinara/$82 vodka sauce).

 

The pots may be ordered online, in-store or through the Millie's app; delivery is available. Keep the pots and get refills at a reduced price! Complete the meal with the best add-on ever: 2 balls of housemade fresh mozzarella and a tub of ricotta ($10).

Located just blocks from the historic Green in Morristown, Millie's Old World offers a handsome and convenient location for your holiday party. There's a private room which can accommodate 24 guests; larger parties of 100 or more will fit perfectly in the main dining room. Millie's also offers off-premise catering at your home or office.

About Millie's Old World Meatballs & Pizza

 

Named for their grandmother Millie, the restaurant is the brainchild of brothers Vince and Brandon Carrabba, who love artisanal pizza (and their grandmother's amazing meatballs!). 

 

Millie's is home to NJ's only "dueling ovens" -- side-by-side coal-and Neapolitan wood-fired ovens -- and Chef Peter Martinez is obsessed with which combinations go in each. White Clam or Mashed Potato Pie? Definitely coal. Spicy Marinara or Pepperoni & Olive? Those go in the wood-burning oven. 

 

Preparing 700 lbs. of fresh mozzarella each week and known for concocting special pizzas on the fly (such as using a large harvest of Jersey cherry tomatoes brought in by a regular customer), the kitchen team at Millie's is here to serve!
